Terms of Use (draft)

Tax O'Clock is a tax literacy, taxpayer engagement and rewards platform. By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials private.
• Use the platform personally and fairly — no automation, multiple accounts, or manipulation of points, quizzes or referrals.
• Accept that points are not cash, carry no monetary entitlement, and follow the published earning, threshold, redemption and expiry rules.
• Accept that fraudulent or manipulated activity can lead to forfeiture of points and suspension of the account.

Privacy Policy (draft)

We collect the information needed to run the platform: your registration details, your activity (quizzes, lessons, points), and technical data needed for security. We use it to operate and improve Tax O'Clock, personalize your learning, and — only with your consent — send you updates. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes access and tombstones your personal identifiers, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

Fair Play (preview)

Competitive activities with prizes will carry explicit Fair Play rules — no external assistance, no second devices, no collaboration — with behavioral monitoring and verification before any prize is confirmed. Full rules ship with the Challenge release.
